safetyWellpath Energy is committed to protecting and promoting the health and safety of our employees, contractors and the general public.

Safety is an integral part of our operations, therefore safety standards have been developed that meet, or exceed, those of our clients and all governing regulations. Much like our philosophy of incident prevention to avoid incidents that could cause bodily or equipment damage, it is also our policy to prevent damage and minimize environmental impact as much as possible, given the nature of our operations.

It is our belief that loss can best be controlled through active employee involvement at all levels of the organization. Every Wellpath Energy staff member or MWD/LWD and Drilling field engineers are focused on the responsibility for loss prevention and meet this responsibility by performing their job safely in accordance with established procedures, company values, and guiding principles. Wellpath Energy field engineers and others on customer worksites adhere to the customer’s safety rules, following safe work practices, wearing personal protective equipment, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisors of any unsafe work conditions. Wellpath is also staffed with a Safety Manager that is OSHA Certified..

ENVIRONMENT

greenExtractive industries, such as drilling can impact local communities that rely upon a clean environment: public health, fish and wildlife, and the global climate.

The scale of modern resource extraction can be large and increasing. However, Horizontal and Directional Drilling can solve many of these historical issues. While drilling  can be thousands of feet deep and miles across through new lateral drilling technology, unlike prior drilling, it is not visible from outer space. As these new technologies have created processes to keep the land and its environment footprint small, the industry can now unlock oil and gas  that is drilled in rural areas, government lands and water and near cities.

Wellpath is proud to be part of that solution and works with our customers to protect natural resources for future generations by utilizing directional and horizontal drilling whether to minimize the impact in rural or governmental lands or  the skyline and its surroundings.
